My name is Poonam Patel.
I design.
I invest.
I build.
I speak.
I write.
I experiment.
I make things.
I change my mind.
I begin again.
For a long time I thought these identities needed to resolve into one answer about who I was.
I no longer believe that.
I am not the businesses.
I am not the accomplishments.
I am not the failures.
I am not the roles.
I am the person experiencing all of them.
And I have become fascinated by what happens when I stop trying to discover a fixed identity and begin consciously participating in its creation.
This website is a record of that experiment.
Not because I have figured life out.
Because I haven't.
I am simply willing to keep looking.
Keep learning.
Keep choosing.
Keep becoming.
And maybe living that process visibly will remind someone else that they are allowed to do the same.
